Insurance and payment choices
Same-day consultations are available on a cash-pay basis for parents without health insurance.
Liz accepts Aetna PPO, Cigna PPO, UMR, UnitedHealthcare, Meritain Healthcare, and Surest Health Plan, subject to verification and a 24-business-hour waiting period.
Out-of-network plans are also accepted. Families receive a medical receipt, often called a superbill, with the details needed to request possible reimbursement. Filing a claim with your insurer does not guarantee coverage or reimbursement.
